Style: Belgian Ale
Pouring and Look: Hazy copper body with a caramel head.
Smell: Initially bitter hops, followed by a hint of caramel.
Taste: Fantastically bitter hops and with a sweat funky, caramel, toffee after-taste, you can really taste the yeast throughout.
Thoughts: Fantastic ale, if you where to perfectly balance the taste of sweet shop and a craft bar then this would be the taste you ended up with. You would trade your own Grandma for a bottle.
The perfect time to drink it: (you might need to click the picture to get it extra large). When I go to the beach I pass a statue of a polar bear riding a donkey. This is my homage to that moment.
